Comments:

This is the best handling bike I have ever ridden! This Camber takes on sharp switchbacks with ease. I could not believe how responsive this bike was. This bike is a real confidence builder. I found the stock components to be adequate. However, I upgrading the Alivio and SLX components with a complete Shimano XT group, including XT IceTech brakes. I replaced the DT Swiss wheels with stronger Mavic EN 321 wheels. I change the tires to Kenda Nevegals 26 x 2.35. The stock suspension works great so I left that alone. There are no words to describe how sweet the 26" Camber is. This bike rules!

My first NEW bike in 15 years. Former Gary Fisher B4 TREK bought him out. Outstanding technology upgrade, smoothe, agile, fun as heck! I rode again after a very long lay off(years)and the trail was MUDDY. I never fell and powered through 4 miles like I used to. I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN!

Would have been 5 out of 5 but I'm having fork issues and have to keep returning to the store. Tomorrow will be the 3rd trip. Other than a few bugs, great bike. I would consider a Specialized again.

Got this bike about 7 months ago and have taken this thing off stair cases, big drops and through the woods. Bent the back rim shortly after buying it and realized that i need to keep the tire preasure a little lower than i am used to but no problems since. ([...] took care of the rim, rides just fine now). To say the least, I have pushed this bike harder than most. After riding several bikes from cheap hard tails to multi thousand dollar carbon bikes, I think that unless you are planning on competing on a national level and need every possible advantage you can get, then this bike will more than likely out perform you. Would I enter a race with this bike. ABSOLUTELY! Would i take this on a wild down hill run? Absolutely! I ride this bike mainly through the woods of [...] in [...] as fast as i possibly can and it soaks up the roots and drops like you wouldn't believe. My brother and I jokingly call it the cadillac because it is just so smooth. If you buy this, get yourself a shock pump and get the suspension dialed in. You will love it in the end.

I trail ride and the suspension is great. The only thing i would like changed is the lock outs, they need to be setup on the handlebars not reaching under the frame.
